2006 Greenwood Blues Cruise Musicians Announced

Greenwood, SC -  The 6th Annual South Carolina Festival of Discovery is slated for Thursday, July 13 - Saturday, July 15 in beautiful Uptown Greenwood, South Carolina.  One component of the annual Festival is the Greenwood Blues Cruise.  The Festival celebrates the unique musical sound and rich tradition of the Blues and its impact on the culture of South Carolina.

The Greenwood Blues Cruise is under the artistic direction of Charleston, South Carolina's own Gary Erwin, "Shrimp City Slim."  All of the musical performances associated with the Greenwood Blues Cruise are free and open to the public.

We're bringing Mac back!  MacArnold and his band packed them in for the 05 Blues Cruise.  This South Carolina blues artist played bass behind many blues giants such as John Lee Hooker, Otis Spann, Tyrone Davis...now back home and on the scene with a hot young band!
