Formerly the B&P Auto Parts Store, this 9,900 square foot building was purchased by photographer jon holloway in 2004. Jon has located his Sundance Studio in the building. The second floor studio and event space offers the perfect venue for wedding receptions, dinner parties, concerts, and much more!


140 Maxwell (Before/After)
Formerly the B&P Auto Parts Store, this 3,400 square foot building was purchased by photographer jon holloway in 2006. Jon is developing an artisan incubator that will house 10-12 artisans. He is already using the rear courtyard for many social gatherings include his new Music on Maxwell series.


132 Maxwell (Before/After)
Formerly Sligh & Wilson, Inc. Appliances, this 6,100 square foot building was purchased by architect Courtney Furman in 2006. Courtney intends to relocate his architecture firm in the building and possibly provide two ground floor spaces for rent. The facade improvements include a redesign of the storefront, new clad windows, and the chemical removal of the exterior paint.


122 Maxwell (Before/After)
Formerly the Habitat for Humanity Resale Store, this 7,500 square foot building is owned by Central Trust Company. The facade improvements include the removal of the stucco exterior, bringing back the Maxwell side window wells, installing new clad windows, and a redesign of the storefront.



120 Maxwell (Before/After)
Formerly the Thrift Store, this 3,600 square foot building is owned by Greenwood Development Corporation. The facade improvements include the removal of the stucco exterior, bringing back the Maxwell side window wells, installing new clad windows, and a redesign of the storefront. The removal of the stucco and paint revealed old signage from the Greenwood Hardware Company.
