South Main Street Improvements
The City of Greenwood received an Enhancement Grant from the SC Department of Transportation (SCDOT) to install new sidewalks, decorative lighting, and planted medians along South Main Street to compliment the newly constructed Greenwood County Library. Construction began in February 2011 and was completed in August 2011.
